Project description:
Construction of a 38,000m2, eight-level office building with central atrium and 3½ levels of in-ground car parking and plant rooms. The building included 23,000m2 of office space and 15,000m2 of car park and associated space. The office space included a commercial kitchen, a canteen, 5 lifts, pool area, gymnasium, 530 workstations, 30 offices, 16 meeting rooms, several laboratories, data centre and acoustic testing chambers and group training rooms. Project also included extensive landscaping and civil works.
