Project description:
This 17,000 sqm office fitout occupies one of three buildings to which the bank is relocating at Homebush. The Commonwealth Bank is the sole tenant. The project includes fitout of the main computer room, incorporating extensive data requirements to high specification. The fitout is required to meet an ABGR 4.5 star environmental rating.
