Project description:
Refurbishment and fitout of an existing office building for the new head office of the Roman Catholic Church for the Archdiocese of Sydney. The initial contract encompassed works to five floors but was increased to incorporate a further seven floors including the Upper Basement, Ground Floor, thence Floors 5, 6, 7,8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16. The scope of works included demolition of existing tenancies, refurbishment and fitout including reception, library, kitchen and a chapel.
