Project description:
This project is located on a very constrained site in the heart of Lavender Bay. It includes three levels of underground car park and new premises for the Kirribilli Club. The club facilities include function rooms, commercial kitchens, two bars, a stylish cocktail lounge, state of the art conference facilities & function rooms and a premium TAB and gaming area.
Above the club are 20 luxury private apartments, all with three bedrooms and study. All apartments are over 200 square metres in internal area.
