National President's Award NSW Outstanding Project of the Year
At the National Excellence in Construction Awards dinner held in Canberra on 14th November 2008, the Master Builders Association of Australia presented A W Edwards with the coveted President's Award for the Epping to Chatswood Rail Line Stations Project. This occurred but nine days after the NSW branch awarded Outstanding Project of the Year to us for the same project. The judges said "This exceedingly challenging & complex project was completed by A W Edwards to extraordinarily high standards and in accordance with the contract completion dates. The project is a testament to the expertise and experience of the builder's personnel." This award rounded off a record awards year for our company but our clients are the true beneficiaries of this success.
