Campbelltown Private Hospital & Commercial Centre
This highly successful lump sum design and construct project was delivered approximately two weeks ahead of program and within the client's budget. The Hospital component of the project includes 47 beds, 4 operating theatres and recovery areas. State of the art equipment and high quality fittings and finishes feature prominently. The project also incorporates underground car parking and a range of specialist medical suites. From a construction perspective, several technical and logistical difficulties were successfully overcome whilst a number of significant client changes were accommodated without compromise to the program. Outstanding features of the project included a high degree of cooperation between the parties and a strong commitment to the client's objectives.
